Return & Exchange Policy

At Silver Accents, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, based on item availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories

  • Intimates or bodysuits

  • Seasonal or holiday items

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
