At Silver Accents, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

Returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, based on item availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or discounted items

Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories

Intimates or bodysuits

Seasonal or holiday items
Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
